Yesterday I had questions about a medication and the pharmacist spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions. That never happens at other pharmacies. I really appreciate the care they have for their clients.

This Pharmacy experience is outstanding! Craig and his team are always accommodating, helpful and easy to communicate with. Even helping us get other options from our doctor when the prescribed medication was very expensive with insurance. This has been our go to pharmacy for years and will continue to be for many more!

Excellent nice and very friendly people. And they are always willing to answer your questions about the medicines your starting. I would rather go here than CVS anytime. I really enjoy the way they make you feel to be a customer of theirs.

Quality care pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever been to. Anytime I've been there, everyone is always happy, smiling, and helpful. There is never a long wait for prescriptions. Like other places that will say come back in 3 hours. Shina Adejuyibe has created an environment that set the bar for all other pharmacies should strive to be like. The rest of the staff is just as polite and helpful.

The best neighborhood pharmacy around - they go above and beyond for quality customer service. Every interaction we’ve had has been such a positive, pleasant experience ; not like the chains or grocery store pharmacies! They offer free delivery, communicate by text if you prefer, very easy to refill prescriptions, always willing to answer questions, and have even received a phone call from them when my prescription was nearing refill time! I don’t know of anything missing that you could need - they’ve covered it all and with super friendly employees. So glad they’re in our Wylie area!

Hands down the best pharmacy, pharmacists and staff! I have watched them grow for 10 years and they have been outstanding since day 1. If you have not experienced their greatness and expertise in customer service, you are missing out. They are simply the best! Craig has gone out of his way endless times to meet the needs of our family. They are truly ahead of the game when in comes to what you hope for in a pharmacy. This is one of the best pharmacies I've ever dealt with. The friendly, quick and personal service is outstanding, and they are super fast with filling prescriptions. I intend to use them as often as I need them.

We have been using this Pharmacy for about five years now. We no longer have to go to CVS and wait an extended period of time to either drop off a prescription or to pick up a prescription. The staff here is always available, friendly, helpful, and very professional. Today we left a minor emergency clinic at 9:15, at which time the PA sent the prescriptions to Quality Care Pharmacy. I arrived there about 9:25 and at 9:40 I was back in the car on my way home with all of my wife’s prescriptions. We could not be more pleased with the service we have been receiving from this store.

Absolute BEST pharmacy EVER. It's like they took a page from years ago. You walk in and they know your name, they come up and talk to you. Always kind and professional. I won't go anywhere else. We miss you Craig, but love Shina and John is doing great!

I would rate this place 6 stars if I could. It is what the pharmacy SHOULD be. It is run by people that care, that do so much more for families than any other pharmacy I’ve ever gotten services from. If you hate your pharmacy and live in Wylie, Murphy, Sachse, or somewhere else within a reasonable drive, I guarantee you will be happier with the QualityCare’s Pharmacy team moreso than anywhere else you’ve ever been.
